Wedding photography seems to be so ingrained in my life that even my emergencies schedule itself around the weekends. Monday night, I started to feel really sick but thought that is was just food poisoning. By early Tuesday morning around 4am I new I was extremely ill and my husband rushed me to the ER. A few hours later they told me my appendix had to come out. Not such a great way to start off my Tuesday :( I was really happy to have my family there with me and everyone working at the hospital was so great! I was kept in the ER until the evening and went into surgery around 6:30 pm. I woke up around 9 that evening, sore and exhausted and stayed another sleepless night at the hospital. I was released around 3pm on Wednesday and was so happy to be home and appendix free. After 36 hours in the hospital, and 3 incisions and 0 sleep, I am trying to look on the good side of this whole operation and have come up with my top five list of reason why this is a good thing!
5. I guess we don't need it anymore!
4. I can stay in PJ's all week
3. All the Jello I can eat!
2. No driving in traffic for at least a week!
And the number 1 reason.........
1. It can guarantee it WON'T happen on YOUR wedding day!
But all Joking aside, thanks so much to everyone and their well wishes, and thank you all for your patience while I recover over this next week! I will do everything I can to get back on track in the following weeks to come!

2007 In Review!
Wow so 2007 has come and gone! This past year seems to have flown by so fast! 2007 was a busy but fun year in wedding photography! Ernie, my husband and second shooter, and I,covered weddings from Mexico, to Vermont with quite a few exciting events in between! And were looking to go even further this year!
